By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) of Solon Capital Partners Limited and its affiliates (collectively, “Solon”, and also referred to sometimes as “we” and “us”), you hereby accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”). You acknowledge your understanding that these Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Solon that governs your access and use of the Site, which includes any images, text, illustrations, designs, information, data, and other content (together, “Site Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression and arrangement of the Site Content available on or through the Site. 

We may periodically change the Terms without prior notice, so please check back from time to time. These Terms were last updated on September 14, 2023. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms. Limited Right to Use: 

Solon hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print one copy of the Site Content on any single computer solely for your internal, business use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way (including creating derivative works thereof), that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content, and that you otherwise comply with these Terms. At any time and for any reason Solon may revoke your right to use all or any portion of the Site. 

You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose the Site Site Content without Solon’s prior written consent. In addition, you may not “mirror” the Site Content or any portion thereof without Solon’s express written consent.

Governing Law: 

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
